Pricing and the free tier

Workspace Sync is free for small teams, with simple per-person pricing after that. Free — up to 10 active users - 0 EUR — and no time limit (it's not a trial). - For workspaces with 10 or fewer active users. Paid — 11+ active users - 1 EUR per active user, per month. - Billed monthly via Stripe. - VAT is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your billing address. You only start paying once you enable an 11th active user. There's no separate trial — the free tier replaces it. Moving between plans - Free → Paid: enabling an 11th active user starts a paid subscription; you'll be prompted to add a payment method. - Paid → Free: if you drop back to 10 or fewer active users, you return to the free plan — see Moving to the Free plan.

How seats (active users) are counted

Your plan is based on the number of active users in your workspace. - An active user is a contact whose seat is enabled (visible in the mobile app). - Each active user above 10 costs 1 EUR per month. - Disabled contacts don't count toward billing. So you're always paying for exactly the people you've chosen to share. To reduce your count, disable users you don't need in the directory (Contacts page). Up to 10 active users is always free. At 11+, the paid subscription covers your full active-user count.

Add or remove users and how billing changes

You can change your team size any time — billing adjusts fairly. Adding users mid-month When you enable more users partway through your billing period: - The added seats are prorated for the days remaining in the period. - You are not charged immediately — the prorated amount is added to your next invoice. Removing users mid-month - Disabled seats stop counting going forward. - Mid-period removals are not refunded for the current period (you keep them until the period ends). Your next invoice Your next charge is the monthly base for the upcoming period plus any prorated mid-period additions. On the Billing page you can open "Why?" to see the exact breakdown.

Moving to the Free plan

If your workspace drops to 10 or fewer active users, you move back to the Free plan. - Your current paid subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. - At the next renewal, the subscription ends instead of renewing — there's no further charge. - Your workspace then runs on the Free plan (up to 10 active users), with no time limit. If you made paid seat changes earlier in the period, a small final charge for those may still apply on the last invoice. You can re-enable an 11th user before the renewal date if you want to stay on a paid plan. You'll see a clear note on the Billing page when your workspace is set to move to the Free plan, including the date.

Manage your subscription and invoices

Everything related to payment is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, which you open from the admin dashboard. On the Billing page, click Manage billing & invoices in Stripe. There you can: - Update your payment method (card). - Download invoices and receipts. - View your billing history. - Cancel your subscription. Your VAT is calculated automatically by Stripe at checkout based on your billing address, so invoices are tax-correct for the EU and Croatia.

Failed payments and cancelling

If a payment fails If Stripe can't charge your card, your subscription enters a retry period: - Stripe automatically retries for up to 14 days. - Update your card via Manage billing & invoices in Stripe to resolve it before the final retry. - If all retries fail, the subscription ends and you may need to start a fresh subscription. Cancelling You can cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancelling: - Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period (no refund for the remainder). - After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan (up to 10 active users). - If you had more than 10 active users, the most recently enabled are disabled down to 10, and service for the rest pauses until you re-subscribe. You can resume before the end date to avoid any interruption.
