Workspace Sync is free for small teams, with simple per-person pricing after that.
Free — up to 5 active users
- 0 EUR — and no time limit (it's not a trial).
- For workspaces with 5 or fewer active users.
Paid — 6+ active users
- €1 per active user (EUR), or $1.20 (USD), per month.
- Billed monthly via Stripe.
- VAT is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your billing address.
You only start paying once you enable a 6th active user. There's no separate trial — the free tier replaces it.
Moving between plans
- Free → Paid: enabling a 6th active user starts a paid subscription; you'll be prompted to add a payment method.
- Paid → Free: if you drop back to 5 or fewer active users, you return to the free plan — see Moving to the Free plan.
