If your workspace drops to 5 or fewer active users, you move back to the Free plan.
- Your current paid subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- At the next renewal, the subscription ends instead of renewing — there's no further charge.
- Your workspace then runs on the Free plan (up to 5 active users), with no time limit.
If you made paid seat changes earlier in the period, a small final charge for those may still apply on the last invoice. You can re-enable a 6th user before the renewal date if you want to stay on a paid plan.
You'll see a clear note on the Billing page when your workspace is set to move to the Free plan, including the date.
