Your plan is based on the number of active users in your workspace.
- An active user is a contact whose seat is enabled (visible in the mobile app).
- Each active user above 10 costs 1 EUR per month.
- Disabled contacts don't count toward billing.
So you're always paying for exactly the people you've chosen to share. To reduce your count, disable users you don't need in the directory (Contacts page).
Up to 10 active users is always free. At 11+, the paid subscription covers your full active-user count.
