You can change your team size any time — billing adjusts fairly.
Adding users mid-month
When you enable more users partway through your billing period:
- The added seats are prorated for the days remaining in the period.
- You are not charged immediately — the prorated amount is added to your next invoice.
Removing users mid-month
- Disabled seats stop counting going forward.
- Mid-period removals are not refunded for the current period (you keep them until the period ends).
Your next invoice
Your next charge is the monthly base for the upcoming period plus any prorated mid-period additions. On the Billing page you can open "Why?" to see the exact breakdown.
