Workspace Sync turns your Google Workspace directory into an always up-to-date contact list on every employee's phone.

Companies on Google Workspace already have a structured employee directory in their admin console — but that data doesn't automatically appear in the Contacts app on people's phones. Employees end up adding colleagues by hand, screenshotting org charts, or asking around for numbers, and the information is often out of date.

With Workspace Sync, an admin connects the company's Google Workspace once (using a read-only service account). After that, every employee installs the mobile app, signs in with their work Google account, and sees the latest directory — names, photos, phone numbers, job titles and departments — kept current automatically.

Who it's for

Organizations running Google Workspace, typically from ~10 to ~500 employees: distributed and remote teams, field-heavy roles (sales, healthcare, services), and growing agencies or professional-services firms where people join, leave and change roles often.
