Your company uses Workspace Sync to share an up-to-date team directory on your phone. Getting started takes a minute.
- Install the app. Download Workspace Sync from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). → Install the app.
- Sign in. Open the app and sign in with your work Google account (the same one you use for email).
- Find colleagues. Browse or search the directory by name, role or department.
- Reach them with one tap. Open a contact and choose Call, Message, or WhatsApp.
The directory updates automatically, so you'll always have the latest contacts — no manual adding needed. If you can't see a colleague, your admin may not have enabled them yet.
