Quick start for employees

Your company uses Workspace Sync to share an up-to-date team directory on your phone. Getting started takes a minute.

  1. Install the app. Download Workspace Sync from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). → Install the app.
  2. Sign in. Open the app and sign in with your work Google account (the same one you use for email).
  3. Find colleagues. Browse or search the directory by name, role or department.
  4. Reach them with one tap. Open a contact and choose Call, Message, or WhatsApp.

The directory updates automatically, so you'll always have the latest contacts — no manual adding needed. If you can't see a colleague, your admin may not have enabled them yet.
