Always up to date
The directory updates automatically while you use the app, so you see the latest people and details without doing anything. New colleagues appear and people who've left drop off on their own.
Works offline
Contacts you save to your phone are available offline like any other contact in your address book. The in-app directory refreshes while you're online.
Why you might not see someone
- Your admin controls who appears and which fields are shared — if a colleague or a field (e.g. a phone number) is missing, your admin may have disabled it.
- A brand-new hire may not have synced yet (it updates within a few hours).
Your own details
The information shown about you comes from your company's Google Workspace directory. To correct your title, phone, or photo, ask your Google Workspace admin to update it there — it'll sync automatically.
