Workspace Sync uses Google sign-in — the same work account you use for company email.
- Open the app and tap Sign in with Google.
- Choose your work Google account (e.g.
you@yourcompany.com). - Approve the sign-in.
That's it — you'll land on your company directory.
Troubleshooting
- "Organization not set up" — your admin hasn't connected your Google Workspace yet; check with them.
- Used the wrong account? Sign out and sign back in with your work account (personal Gmail won't show your company directory).
