Find someone
- Browse the contact list,
- Search by name, role, or department, or
- Filter by group — pick a department or a custom group from the dropdown at the top.
Save a whole group to your phone
Filter to a group, then tap the save button next to the group selector to add everyone in it to your phone's contacts in one go. Changed your mind? Tap Undo on the confirmation message.

Tap a person to open their profile — photo, job title, department, phone, and email (whichever fields your company shares).

From a contact, choose:
- Call
- Message (SMS)
