Fix "Sync failed"

If a sync doesn't complete, it's almost always one of these. Check them in order:

Cause Fix
Admin SDK API not enabled Enable Admin SDK API in Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Library.
Wrong or missing scope In Google Admin → Domain-Wide Delegation, the scope must be exactly https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly.
Wrong admin email The Workspace Admin Email must be a Google Workspace super admin, not the service account address.
Changes not propagated yet Wait 5 minutes after authorizing in Google Admin, then try again.
Invalid JSON Re-paste the entire JSON key file, unmodified, and save again.
