If a sync doesn't complete, it's almost always one of these. Check them in order:
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Admin SDK API not enabled | Enable Admin SDK API in Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Library. |
| Wrong or missing scope | In Google Admin → Domain-Wide Delegation, the scope must be exactly https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly. |
| Wrong admin email | The Workspace Admin Email must be a Google Workspace super admin, not the service account address. |
| Changes not propagated yet | Wait 5 minutes after authorizing in Google Admin, then try again. |
| Invalid JSON | Re-paste the entire JSON key file, unmodified, and save again. |
