Add your credentials and run the first sync

Once your service account is ready, connect it in Workspace Sync.

Add credentials

1. Log in to the admin dashboard at app.workspace-sync.com and open Settings.
2. Enter the Workspace Admin Email — the email of a Google Workspace super admin (e.g. admin@yourcompany.com). The service account impersonates this user.
3. Paste the entire contents of your downloaded JSON key file into Service Account Credentials (JSON).
4. Click Save Credentials.

🔒 Credentials are stored encrypted in a secure vault and cannot be read back after saving — the field clears on save. This is by design. To change them, paste a new key.

Run your first sync

1. Go to Contacts and click Sync Now.
2. Check the Sync Logs — you should see a successful sync.
3. Your Google Workspace people now appear in the contacts list.
