Add and manage admins

A workspace can have multiple admins, so setup and day-to-day management aren't tied to one person.

  • The first account in a workspace becomes the owner.
  • The owner can transfer ownership to another work (Google) account.
  • Any owner/admin can add or remove other admins.

Admins sign in at app.workspace-sync.com with their work Google account. Everyone with admin access can connect Google Workspace, manage contacts and fields, and handle billing.

Sign-up is via Google SSO only — admins use their company Google account, which keeps access tied to your Google Workspace (when someone leaves, their access goes with their Google account).
