You control which contact fields reach employees' phones — useful for privacy and for keeping the app clean. Manage this under Field Configuration in the admin dashboard.
- Toggle individual fields on or off.
- Disabled fields are stripped from the app entirely (they're never sent), which also improves privacy and reduces payload size.
- Changes take effect on the next sync / API call.
Fields available
By default these are shared: full name, given name, family name, email, phone numbers, photo, job title, department, organization, addresses.
For example, many companies turn addresses off so only work contact details appear. Names and at least one way to reach a person are recommended to keep the directory useful.
