You decide exactly who appears in the mobile directory. Manage this on the Contacts page in the admin dashboard.
- Enabled contacts are visible to everyone in the mobile app.
- Disabled contacts are excluded from the app on the next sync.
How to disable someone
- Open Contacts and find the person (search by name or email).
- Toggle them off (Disabled).
Disabling is useful for shared mailboxes, service accounts, external collaborators, or anyone who shouldn't appear in the company directory. You can re-enable at any time.
Note: the number of enabled (active) users is what your plan is based on — see How seats are counted.
