Enable and disable contacts

You decide exactly who appears in the mobile directory. Manage this on the Contacts page in the admin dashboard.

  • Enabled contacts are visible to everyone in the mobile app.
  • Disabled contacts are excluded from the app on the next sync.

How to disable someone

  1. Open Contacts and find the person (search by name or email).
  2. Toggle them off (Disabled).

Disabling is useful for shared mailboxes, service accounts, external collaborators, or anyone who shouldn't appear in the company directory. You can re-enable at any time.

Note: the number of enabled (active) users is what your plan is based on — see How seats are counted.
